I ordered it Thursday morning and was playing it Friday afternoon. It was very easy it set up. In 10 minutes I was playing "Call of Duty 2". If you start it up in quite room, you will notice the exhaust fan noise. videogames at amazon.com But once you start playing a game or watching a TV, it is not noticeable. I have a "Media videogames at amazon.com Center PC". Connecting the Xbox 360 to it was also very simple. I ran a ethernet cable from the 360 to my router. Then I ran a software update on the Media Center PC. (update is found at www.xbox.com\pcsetup ) The software update also installed the drivers needed to talk to the 360. During the update it prompted me for an 8 digit code from the Xbox dashboard. Total time to complete 20 minutes. Done with the software installation. I pushed the Media Center button on the Xbox remote and with in 3-5 seconds the Media Center menu was up on my TV.
