Apparently, in California, oral sex with a semi-underage person is not as illegal as putting the boy's hoo-hoo dilly into the girl's cha-cha. (By semi-underage I mean 16 or 17, versus 12 or 13). Naturally this 22-year-old man met this 16-year-old girl on the internet. But the article doesn't mention whether he got in trouble for providing premiere booze -- or at least, sharing booze, maybe she brought it premiere to the rendezvous -- to a minor. After all, you premiere only have to turn 18 for sex; you have to turn 21 for alcohol. An interesting legal factoid: U.S. law on oral sex has evolved over the years, and it was not until 1975 that oral sex between consenting adults was decriminalized in California. Today, in 38 of the 50 U.S. states consensual sex with a 16- or 17-year old is legal.
