Giberti must show proof that he was acquitted or the charges have been dropped to get the suspension lifted, said Mike Timmerman of the DPS. Because Giberti cannot work at or operate a charter school without a fingerprint clearance card, the school and the Arizona State Board for Charter Schools will have to figure out what happens next with the school's administration.
