The group's new "Featured Employers" highlights 24 companies that are actively recruiting older workers. In September, Boston College opened a $3 million Center on Aging and Work to study the needs and wants of older workers. Its 11 corporate advisers include New England employers Mitre Corp., the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Pitney Bowes, Raytheon Co., antique tractors and CVS antique tractors Corp.
