| Our original research focuses on documenting stereotyping and discrimination faced by individuals with family caregiving responsibilities; the economic marginalization of mothers and other caregivers; policies and statutes to aid family caregivers, and workplace solutions to work/family issues. Some of our recent findings include: 1) More mothers are suing their employers and receiving monetary awards due to maternal discrimination.
