With no priors and sarah clarke no record to consult, no version of "Jessica's Law" would have prevented what happened in SC. As usual you are more interested in "Me" then in the point. BTW..As long as you are being so knit picky Jessica's law wouldn't prevent any child molestation. It would only punish convicted child molesters with a 1 strike and your gone for 20 years sentence. No law can prevent crime. The point of course being that we must sarah clarke get tough on child molesters. Child molestation should be a 1 sarah clarke strike and your gone for 20 years mandatory punishment.
