I don't see anything wrong with letting kids gently know that it's easier to navigate sexual relationships as they get older - provided there aren't any morality admonisments attached. But maturity is relative. While I would hope that kids wait as long as possible, some of them ARE perfectly capable to decide when they want to enter a sexual relationship, and furthermore, it's none of my business when they chose to do so.
