The registratin' supporters say that the recedivism rate for the calf molesters is high, but admit it is not 100%. They say that the chance o' recedivism is high enough to keep all calf offenders registerin' cause it's too dangerous not to, even though they admit that some o' the ones registerin' post no threat.
