obviously what you need to do is take the MAXIMUM they can charge for and then try d.w. moffett to go lower...also I found out that the laptop and internet communications were both looked at on both d.w. moffett his and her computers; this includes Instant message like AIM or Yahoo and e-mails, they were looked at by FBI investigators...don't you think if there was anything sexual there would be conversations / traces d.w. moffett on any of their computers of the 2 YEARS?! ( on the case report it clearly states " Computers searched...no evidence of sex, etc.. found ) The FBI found nothing as hard as they searched and gave all computers back, so this is simply a case of a misdameanor....
